Brenda Martin (Chair)
Brenda is a registered Professional Engineer with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and has worked locally and internationally managing large projects and motivating collaborative teams. She has also enjoyed the privilege of volunteering for local school and church communities and has managed many fundraising and community building projects.

Andrew Thrift (Vice-Chair)
Andrew is a professional engineer and manager of business planning at Teck Resources. His family has been involved with JustWork since its early days and Andrew has served on the board or as volunteer since 2012. Andrew is a member and past council co-chair at Grandview Church, and serves on the board of the Society of Decision Professionals.

Lindsey Fox (Secretary)
Lindsey is a stay-at-home mother to two young boys. Prior to this, she received her law degree at the University of Ottawa and her B.Sc. at the University of British Columbia. She is passionate about social justice and non-profit development, and previously worked for JustWork in an administrative and fundraising capacity. She is excited to continue supporting the mandate of the organization through this board role.

Dina Wiesner (Treasurer)
A professional accountant born and raised in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Dina moved to Canada in 2005 with her husband and family. She completed her professional education and accounting degree overseas. She has worked with large International and Canadian Mining companies for over 15 years. In her most recent role, she was the assistant controller of a Vancouver based mining company.

Rebekah Bansback
Rebekah has worked in Human Resources for over twenty years, first in the UK and in Vancouver since 2004. She currently works at Deloitte, where she focuses on advising, operations, strategic planning, leadership development, employee relations, organizational change, project management, and team performance. She's passionate about helping individuals and organizations work at the intersection of their strengths and aspirations, and enhancing the quality of workplace conversations. She lives in Vancouver with her husband and two boys.

Jonathan Fenn
Jonathan is a Certified Reserve Planner, a software developer, a dad to two kids, and a home renovation builder. He has a business degree from UBC with a focus in Real Estate. He loves to give back to his community and has enjoyed coaching baseball, volunteering in a youth correctional facility, volunteering with Richmond's homeless population, and teaching Sunday school.

Tasha King
- Tasha is a Learning Services Teacher in the West Vancouver School District, she focuses on supporting students who need extra care and making sure they are heard. She is an attentive listener who seeks collaboration and compromise in problem solving. She has served on her Field Hockey Club/Rowing Club boards for 14 years and is on the board of the Hawthorne Charitable Foundation.

Lynne Westwood-Smith
Lynne is now retired but worked for many years at Regent College in Vancouver. One of her previous Board experiences was with Food for the Hungry Canada, where she traveled with them to Uganda and Cambodia, and witnessed first hand the benefits of non profit work and the value of social enterprise to individuals and communities. She is actively involved in her local church and thoroughly enjoys time with family and friends.
